1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bpexch pro ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). Access to and use of the bpexch pro website at bpexchpro.win, including all betting, gaming, casino, slots and bingo services offered on it, is governed by these Terms.

By accessing the platform, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bpexch pro.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of someone else, or if you attempt to circumvent these Terms in any way, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending review.

2. Eligibility

To register and use bpexch pro, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bpexch pro does not permit minors to register or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You must be legally permitted to access online betting and gaming services based on your own personal circumstances.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee of bpexch pro.
• You must not have a previously suspended or terminated account on bpexch pro under any name or identity.

bpexch pro reserves the right to ask for verification of age and identity at any time. Where verification is requested, it must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Providing false information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account closure.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the bpexch pro platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates may be closed without notice, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, a valid email address and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password — confidential and secure. bpexch pro is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify bpexch pro support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person or if your login details have been compromised in any way.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits and account transactions on bpexch pro are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed via the JazzCash network
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed via the Easypaisa network
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers via Pakistan's Raast interbank system
• Bank Transfer — standard bank transfers from Pakistan-based bank accounts
• Debit Cards and Mobile Wallets — other supported PKR payment instruments

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly once the payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the payment method and the time of day.

bpexch pro does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to other people — are not permitted. Accounts found to have received third-party deposits may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your bpexch pro account at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account identity verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally processed quickly and in many cases arrive the same day. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals may take somewhat longer depending on your bank's processing times. bpexch pro processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible but cannot guarantee same-day processing in all cases.

bpexch pro reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms. During such a review, the withdrawal request will be placed on hold until the review is complete.

6. Betting Rules

bpexch pro offers sports betting across a range of events including Cricket (Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, ODI series, Test matches, ICC tournaments), Football, Esports and other sports. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled or reversed after placement except where bpexch pro's specific settlement rules provide for it (for example, in the event of a match abandonment).
• Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute about a result, bpexch pro's decision is final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These are displayed on the betting interface before a bet is confirmed.
• Live in-play bets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. Live odds may be suspended at any time during an event at bpexch pro's discretion.
• In the event of a void bet — for example due to an event not taking place as scheduled — the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity, or bets placed in a manner intended to exploit technical errors in the platform, will be voided.

bpexch pro reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or on bets placed by any single account within a given time period. Where such limits apply, they will be communicated transparently.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

bpexch pro may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other promotional offers to registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria for that promotion.
• Each promotion will have a wagering requirement — the amount you need to bet before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and expiry dates are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly.
• bpexch pro reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, bpexch pro will act reasonably with respect to that player's position.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

8. Casino and Games

The Casino, Slots, Slot Games and Bingo sections of bpexch pro are subject to these general Terms as well as any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or section. All casino and game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer mechanisms, depending on the game type.

The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are determined by the game provider and are not controlled by bpexch pro directly. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time play and are final once confirmed.

bpexch pro does not accept any liability for losses incurred through normal casino or game play. Players participate in casino games and slots at their own risk and with full awareness that these games involve chance and that the platform holds a mathematical advantage over time.

9. Responsible Gaming

bpexch pro is committed to supporting responsible gaming. Betting and gaming should be treated as entertainment with a defined budget — not as a way to earn income or recover previous losses. Players who feel their betting or gaming is becoming difficult to control are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on deposits
• Cooling-off periods — take a short break from the platform
• Self-exclusion — close your account for an extended period

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bpexch pro platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted:

• Registering more than one account for any reason
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, unauthorised third-party payment methods or any illegal activity
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs or glitches in the platform for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bet outcomes
• Using automated tools, bots or software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any other illegal financial activity
• Sharing account access with any other person
• Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event

11. Account Suspension and Closure

bpexch pro reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Registration of multiple accounts
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour toward platform staff or other players

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, bpexch pro reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the relevant balance may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting bpexch pro support. Account closure requests for self-exclusion purposes will be processed promptly.

12. Privacy and Data
